I am learning Iyengar yoga at a center and I have been looking for a bolster similar to the one which I use in the class. I found this one and felt it to be a reasonable price. Received the item on time. Though slightly larger than what I expected, I felt it comfortable with different poses. I like the handles, easy to pull or lift from one side to another while doing the asanas.
